Shoaling harem fish that need frequent feeding

Anthias

Anthias bring a shimmering, open-water shoal to a big reef — but they are a commitment. They feed several times a day in the wild and starve on one feeding, and a proper harem needs one male with several females in real swimming space.

💧 The one thing to get right: Several small feedings a day, and a harem (one male, several females) — never two males — in a roomy, high-flow tank.
